 　　燃煤（méi）導生鍋爐為組裝式強製循環液相鍋爐。本係列鍋爐應用於供熱溫度390℃化工企業，針對導生（聯（lián）苯-聯苯醚）的特點，按照低點（diǎn）排淨、高點放空進行設計，受熱麵充足，由輻射受熱的密排方形盤管和錯列設計的對流蛇（shé）管組成。導生鍋爐尾部布置餘熱蒸汽鍋爐和空氣預熱器（qì），可（kě）降低排煙溫度，提（tí）高係統效率。

　　為提高鍋爐的an全性，材料選用（yòng）耐熱合金剛管材，對接采用100%射線探傷，角焊采用100%表麵（miàn）探傷。

　　采（cǎi）用水冷前後拱，降低停電（diàn）後爐牆（qiáng）蓄熱，保護前後拱的使用壽命。

　　采用PLC控製技術和變頻器調節，使（shǐ）出口導生溫（wēn）度控製在設定溫度±1℃範圍（wéi）內
